Today we're excited to announce a feature that will improve your prospecting: Daily send limits

Mixmax Daily Send Limit

Daily send limits are a godsend for admins who want tighter controls on the number of emails their team members can send via sequences in a single day. This helps prevent lockouts from Gmail, and can also help preserve your domain reputation to reduce the risk of being marked as spam.

How to set the daily send limit

The default daily send limit is 500 sequence emails per day and team mate, and can be changed in Settings. And yes, by default, emails only send on weekdays, although you can change that in settings if you wish:)

If you try to send more than your daily send limit, Mixmax's rescheduling algorithm will automatically move any excess to the next best available day and notify you.

Reschedule emails

If at any point, you need to reschedule any emails, you can always do so from the Outbox.

We are gradually rolling this feature out in the coming weeks. You will receive an email two business days in advance of your scheduled rollout date.

Once rolled out, the send limit will automatically apply to all sequence emails, whatever plan you're on, and whether you choose to send immediately, schedule a specific time, or use our Recommended send times.
