    Engagement Copilot can be used across the entire customer lifecycle. You can run sequences to prospect new accounts, nurture current opportunities, engage customers, or reactivate leads that have gone cold.

  • How many contacts can I include in my sequences?

    Engagement Copilot includes 1,500 sequence recipients per month. This means you can engage 1,500 unique contacts each month with Mixmax sequences. There is no limit to the number of emails you can send to each contact. Additional contact capacity is available as an add-on.

  • Is the Dialer included in Engagement Copilot?

    Mixmax's dialer capabilities are not included in Engagement Copilot by default. They are available as an add-on.

  • Does Engagement Copilot work with LinkedIn Sales Navigator?

    Yes! You can integrate Mixmax Engagement Copilot with LinkedIn Sales Navigator to add LinkedIn outreach to your multi-channel sequences. Note: Mixmax does not include LinkedIn Sales Navigator licenses, which must be purchased from LinkedIn directly.
