To share analytics within your team, create your team and invite teammates from the dashboard.
Team members can then choose to share all or just some of their outbound conversations to the Team Live Feed with the 'Sync' toggle for each message.
This is a game-changer: You'll know exactly when a teammate has reached out to an important contact and see when and how contacts engage with your team's emails.
Last but not least, you can now easily add and manage accounts for your teammates in the new dashboard.
