Mixmax MCP

Run Mixmax from Claude or ChatGPT

Connect Mixmax to the agent you already use, then just ask. Build a sequence, prep for your next call, see who is engaging, and clear your task list without opening another tab.

✓ One URL and a sign-in✓ No code, no API key✓ Nothing sends without you

Why connect it

Your agent, with your pipeline in it

Mixmax works inside Gmail and syncs to Salesforce. Connecting it to your agent puts that same data one question away.

Ask instead of clicking

Your sequences, meetings, engagement data, and tasks all answer to plain English, in the chat window you already have open.

Your agent finally knows your deals

Claude and ChatGPT are sharp about everything except your pipeline. Connect Mixmax and that gap closes.

You get a draft, not a summary

Ask for a sequence and you get a launch-ready draft. Ask for the follow-up and it is written. Nothing sends until you say so.

Connected in minutes

Paste one URL into Claude or ChatGPT and sign in with your Mixmax account. No code, no API key, no ticket for IT.

Just ask your AI.

Once Mixmax is connected, these are real questions with real answers behind them. Paste one in and see.

  • How’s my outreach doing this week?

  • Draft a nudge for everyone who opened twice but hasn’t replied.

Frequently asked questions

What is MCP?

MCP is the standard that lets an AI assistant connect to an outside tool. Mixmax runs an MCP server, so once you connect it, Claude or ChatGPT can read your Mixmax data and act on it. You never have to think about it again after setup.

Which AI assistants work with it?

Claude and ChatGPT are the two we document, on both web and desktop. Any client that supports remote MCP connectors uses the same server URL — the Help Center covers the ones we have tested.

Do I need to be technical to set this up?

No. You paste a URL into your assistant’s connector settings and sign in with your Mixmax account. There is no code and no API key to manage.

Where does my Mixmax data go when I connect an agent?

To your assistant, and only what you asked for. When you ask Claude or ChatGPT a question, the Mixmax records it needs to answer — a meeting summary, a transcript, sequence numbers — are sent to that assistant and handled under your agreement with Anthropic or OpenAI, the same as anything else you paste into it. On the Mixmax side, your agent inherits your Mixmax permissions: what you can see in Mixmax it can see, and what you can’t it can’t. Drafts come back for your review, and your agent sends only when you tell it to. You can disconnect from your assistant’s settings whenever you want. Mixmax is SOC 2 Type II certified and HIPAA compliant.

How is this different from Agentic Workflows?

Agentic Workflows is Mixmax’s own rules engine: it automates work inside Mixmax on triggers you set up once. MCP runs the other direction, letting your agent drive Mixmax from outside, on demand, when you ask. Plenty of teams run both.

Connect it, then ask it something real

Setup takes one URL and a sign-in, and your first useful answer is one question after that.
