With Salesforce integration, any action on your emails will sync directly to the right lead, contact, account, or opportunity. This includes sends, opens, clicks, downloads, even replies. It's pretty magical.
Syncing events is currently part of the Small Business plan which is $24 per month paid annually, but will move to the Growth plan (which costs twice as much) on Friday Sept 30. If you're on Small Business and syncing events today, there are no changes to your account:) So now's a great time to upgrade!
Salesforce in your inbox
If you're already on Growth, you'll see our new Salesforce sidebar which lets you create and edit Contacts, Leads, and Opportunities ---all without leaving Gmail or Google Inbox. No more context switching!
With Growth, you can also log any inbound email directly to the right lead, contact, or opportunity in Salesforce. No more copy/paste!
Complete control
You have complete control over which conversations are synced. Set up an exclusion list in Settings and never worry about private conversations getting logged in the wrong place. No more headaches.
